The Occupational Therapist (OT) provides occupational therapy services to individuals and their families in their homes according to the plan of care.  Occupational Therapists exercise supervision on Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTA).

• Patient care activities to increase the patient’s function and independence
• Development of plan of care
• Identification of barriers to desired outcomes
• Goal setting
• Evaluation of effectiveness and outcomes of care
