The Certified Nursing Aid, working under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN) provides skilled personal care and household services for the patient in the home.

Examples of Duties & Responsibilities:

• Performing/assisting with personal hygiene
• Assisting with positioning, transfers and ambulation
• Performs/assist with bowel/bladder care
•  Assists with nourishment and fluid needs including preparing meals and feeding
• Performs household tasks related to patient’s medical needs
• Accompanies patient to medical related appointments
